Privacy policy

This policy explains what the «Pickvo» Telegram bot and website collect and how it is used.

What we store

• Telegram ID, username and name (provided by Telegram).
• Language, main lane and your hero list.
• Draft history: enemy and ally heroes, the advice, and the result you marked.
• Payment history: amount, date and the payment system's transaction number. We never see or store card numbers.
• Usage records: when and which features of the bot you used (drafts, AI questions, screenshots, the draft board), whether you came through an invite or an advertising link, and whether you blocked the bot. What you type is not part of them. They are deleted after 13 months.
• If you send a screenshot or ask the AI a question, it goes to an AI service (Anthropic) only to recognise heroes or write the answer, and is not stored by us.

Why

To provide the service, check subscriptions, improve the advice and answer support requests. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

Storage and deletion

Data is kept on a protected server; we also keep backup copies of the database to restore the service after a failure. To delete your data, write to /support in the bot and we will delete it within 30 days (except payment records the law requires us to keep).
